Reprimanding Bad Behaviour with Your Kids

How do you reprimand bad behaviour with your kids?
DISCUSSION: I talk to them about their unacceptable behaviour and its consequences
TIME-OUTS: I use time-outs as a discipline method
LOSS OF PRIVILEGES: I take away some of their privileges like screen time, access to toys, etc.
POSITIVE RE-INFORCEMENT: I use positive re-inforcement to encourage good behaviour
NATURAL CONSEQUENCES: I allow them to experience the consequences of their actions when appropriate

I’m curious to hear how you discipline your kids when they’re out of line. What approaches do you use to correct behaviour and create an environment where they learn from their mistakes.
